As leaders, business owners (partners, parents, and as adult children ourselves) we have a responsibility to take care of ourselves just like we do for everyone else…

‘Avoidance’ isn’t always over-eating, over-drinking or over-working.

Avoidance can also look like:

✔️Helping others when you know you need to help yourself

✔️Picking up the call to offer support and skipping your ‘me time’

✔️Agreeing to another social/ business activity when you know you need to slow down

✔️Ignoring your bodies basic needs like rest, sleep, food, love, becuase you’re too busy helping others

Wouldn’t it feel better to simply be patient with yourself & your progress, and still give yourself what you need instead of avoiding yourself?

Finding this balance starts with your mind.

Re-wire your brain & watch your behavior positively change.

We lead more powerfully when we take care of ourselves too.

FEELING LIKE YOU’RE NOT WHERE YOU WANT TO BE? READ THIS…

Have you ever found yourself comparing your body, business, relationship, or entire LIFE to a perfect stranger on social media?

Yeah, me too.

It happens more than we’d like to admit, am I right?

And it sucks, doesn’t it?!

That feeling of ‘let down’ & shame that you aren’t where you want to be...

And then the reminder of how EASY it looks for this other person to have it.

👇The reality is this:

We often compare ourselves to people who’ve worked for years to get to where they are today.

The people you see with the “overnight success” or “immediate results” have been at this longer than you even know.

They’ve had TIME to grow & build their dream body/ business/ relationship/ life.

They’ve also likely found a way to work ‘smarter’ rather than harder (i.e they have other resources helping with their progress).

I’ll tell you this, from my experience, comparison only holds you back more.

Take your health, business & relationships ONE STEP AT A TIME & do what you can with what you have in front of you RIGHT NOW.

Think of the person who’s loved you the MOST in your life.

What if you could see yourself through their eyes?

What if instead of bringing yourself down.

Or picking apart how you’re not:
..good enough..far enough along..(insert your most common complaint about yourself)

You simply spoke to yourself as they might speak to you?

How would they build you up, encourage you, and love on you?

What might happen if you tried this?

When was the last time you slowed down to really ‘check in’ with yourself?

Now would be as good a time as any to reflect on whether your current actions are moving you toward the future you desire.

You can know that you have the power to make rapid, powerful changes in your life.

The changes you choose to make now will bring you closer to the highest & best version of yourself you hope to embody.

THIS ONE THING WILL EFFECT IF YOU REACH YOUR GOALS OR NOT. (Hint: IT’S NOT A DIET OR WORKOUT PLAN).

One of my clients was recently struggling with self-doubt at the beginning of her weight loss journey.

Before her complete transformation, she had said she was having a hard time believing that she could ‘really lose the weight’ or ‘permanently sustain’ her results.

👆🏼This is a belief 99% of the women I work with for permanent weight loss have.

Most of them have had this belief for many years before I give them the proven process I’ve used with hundreds of women teaching them how to re-wire their brains & get the lasting results they desire for their bodies, businesses & relationships.

The dialogue we have with OURSELVES can be the #1 reason why we reach our goals or stay stuck.

Why?

What we tell ourselves is our deep rooted BELIEF system about ourselves or the world & is related to our VALUES (or our deepest level of programming).

ARE YOU EXPERIENCING MONEY BLOCKS (EVEN THOUGH YOU’VE MADE 6, 7 OR 8 FIGURES)?

The clients I work with have experienced ‘success’ (and even made millions or multi-millions).

The clients I work with look outwardly ‘successful.’

Yet, they still experience doubt and uncertainty with money and often feel unfulfilled.

Several years into running her business, one of my clients was struggling with burnout and self-doubt in the area of money.

She didn’t feel she could ‘charge the insanely high prices others were charging’, but also still didn’t feel she was ‘charging what she was worth’ (even though she delivered more than others in her industry).

Before her complete money transformation and doubling her income (while working less), she bluntly said she struggled to believe she could ‘really charge that kind of money’ or ‘permanently sustain’ her results if she did.
