Santé of Mesa rang in the New Year with smiles, laughter, and great company!

Our team took time on New Year’s Day to celebrate fresh beginnings and reflect on the incredible care and teamwork that carried us through the past year. From festive decorations to shared moments of joy, it was the perfect way to welcome a new chapter together.

Last week, we wrapped up the year with a fun End-of-Year Celebration for our amazing Santé of Mesa team!

Staff got into the holiday spirit by dressing up, sporting festive reindeer antlers, and spreading lots of cheer — and we even had a surprise visit from the Grinch! 💚🎅

It was a wonderful way to celebrate a year of hard work, dedication, and teamwork. Thank you to our incredible team for everything you do for our residents and each other. We’re grateful for all the smiles, laughter, and holiday spirit shared together!

After-Christmas Meet & Greet with the Horses! 🐴

Last week at Sante of Surprise, Jason from our Therapy Department brought his two beautiful horses to visit our guests, visitors, and associates! Posa and Annie enjoyed apples, carrots, celery, and lots of love from everyone who came by. 💛

The weather was perfect, the smiles were big, and the joy was felt by all — a wonderful way to continue the holiday spirit right here in our community. ✨

🎄✨ Christmas Party at Sante of North Scottsdale! ✨🎄

Today, Sante of North Scottsdale celebrated the holiday season with an amazing Christmas party filled with great food, fun, and team spirit. We enjoyed delicious tacos from Tacos El Macho, held a staff raffle, and even built a festive gingerbread house together!

🎄🍬2025 Gingerbread House Contest at Sante of Surprise!🍬🎄

Our holiday creativity was on full display during this year’s Gingerbread House Contest! Four teams of Sante associates competed by planning and creating a gingerbread house with just one rule — think outside the box… and they truly delivered!

Guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow teammates were dazzled by the creativity, attention to detail, and festive spirit in every single house. Facility-wide voting took place last Friday, with a total of 96 votes turned in — thank you to everyone who participated!

🏆 Congratulations to our winning team:
Captain Robin and the Sugar & Spice Gang – Sante Therapy!
The winning team received a trophy for bragging rights along with a certificate for a free pizza and wings lunch treat. 🍕🍗

This contest was a wonderful way to capture the holiday spirit and bring fun conversations, smiles, and joy to everyone in our community. Thank you to all who helped make this event such a success! ✨

This week at Sante of Surprise we hosted our annual Skills Fair, and it was both colorful and educational!

This year’s theme was based around the Disney Movie "Up". Our library was transformed into an "up"lifting space thanks to Kate (DON), Heather (ADON), and Stephanie (CNA). Our team enjoyed learning, team building, great food, and cupcakes!
