Naturally, you’ll want the day to run as smoothly as possible.

We would too! So to make things easier for you, here are some spa day dos and don’ts:

Do:
-Pre-plan your visit so that you know what to expect.
-Explore your treatment options and book well in advance.
-Call ahead to ask questions if you need clarification.
-Leave some room for flexibility, so you don’t feel pressured for time.
-Bring a friend with you if you don’t want to go alone.

Don’t:
-Start your treatments without showering first.
-Shy away from certain treatments because you don’t understand them.
-Drink too much alcohol beforehand — or during ;)
