⭐️ Adriana was born and raised in Mexico City and moved to Utah to attend Utah Valley University. She then moved to California and pursued her passion for aesthetics. Adriana opened her own business and practiced for 14 years before moving to Arizona in 2020.

Taylor is our Clinical Nurse, you will meet her at your consultation and see her during your follow-up appointments. Our patients love how sweet and caring she is and her adorable baby bump!

Taylor is an Arizona native and received her Bachelors degree in Biology at Averett University in Virginia. She then went on to Francis Marion University in South Carolina and received her Bachelors in Nursing. Taylor has worked as an RN in both the hospital and clinical setting. She is passionate about making patients feeling their best and providing quality care.

In her free time, Taylor loves spending time with her husband and adorable black Goldendoodle, Lincoln. They are expecting their first child, a baby boy, this July!

What is a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL)?
A Brazilian Butt Lift is a procedure that adds volume to the buttock through fat transfer. A BBL begins with liposuction typically to the abdomen or flanks and then the extracted fat is purified and prepared for transfer through injections. Dr. Berardi injects fat into the buttock to increase volume and improve shape.

-Organizing training seminars and courses to educate new staff or introduce new procedures and protocols
-Evaluating staff performance and providing corrective measures if necessary.
-Assessing, monitoring and caring for patients
Communicating with upper management regarding Nurse performance, staff issues and changes to treatment protocols
-Creating a yearly budget for nursing staff
-Performing administrative tasks, such as creating staff schedules and ordering supplies
-Remaining calm under pressure and be able to quickly and effectively delegate staff responsibilities during busy shifts or emergency situations

Strong clinician & leader needed for a Private North Scottsdale Surgery Center, Charge Nurse position! We are looking for a full-time RN Charge Nurse for our specialized surgery center, single OR serving multiple plastic surgeons.

Our ideal candidate has strong communication & leadership skills, empathy, a positive mindset, and solid, verifiable work history. We are searching for a Charge Nurse that enjoys balancing their nursing tasks with opportunities to get to spend quality time with the plastic surgeons and their patients.

Charge Nurse ASC Position (REQUIRED: MUST 1+ YEARS OF PLASTIC SURGERY EXPERIENCE)

Requirements: * Able to work 7am - 7pm
Tuesday and Thursday; Potentially more days (TBD)

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
-Maintains Safe and Effective Patient Care throughout the day
-Experienced in Plastic Surgery (Min 1 year of experience)
-Experienced and independent in practice in Preop, Circulating and PACU
-Familiar with AAAASF Standards of Practice
-Experience in managing and leading a team
-ACLS Certified

Daily Tasks:
-Complete Chart Audits
-Create Surgery Packets
-Assist the DON with AAAASF requirements
-Follow SCNS Protocols
-Ensure RNs/ STs are completing daily checklists
-Strong leadership skills
-Out-of-the box thinker
-Able to be part of our community on-call rotation
