Day 6 of being back in the gym:
Sore? Absolutely! (It’s incredible how painful it can be jumping back into it!)
Overwhelmed? Getting better day by day (thanks to my personal trainer, Ryan! 🙌🏽)
Surprised? Heck yes…not as easy as it once was! 😅
Feeling good? Feeling GRRREAT!! Committed? There’s no stopping me! 💪🏽

Every time it gets hard it’s a reminder: I’m healing, I’m getting stronger, and I’m not giving up! I am thankful and grateful to have taken back my health to be able to be here now 🙏🏽

Day 10 and we are OUTTA HERE!! 🙌🏽
Just wrapped up the 369 Advanced Cleanse, and let me tell you… it was intense, healing, and basically a full-time job with my blender.

Me: Celebrating in my post-cleanse GLOW!
My spouse: Living their best life now that the kitchen is no longer a juice bar, fruit stand, or site of the dishwashing Olympics.

To anyone who’s done this cleanse—you already know. 😂

Healing is beautiful… and so is that feeling when you realize you did it!!

If you’re thinking about it—yes, it’s a journey.
But the energy, clarity, and sense of accomplishment waiting on the other side?

Day 3 of the 9-Day Cleanse! ✨⚡️

Still going strong and feeling the shift happening in my body—detox mode is ON!!

Same healing routine, flooding my cells with clean, powerful nutrition:

1️⃣ 32 oz fresh-squeezed lemon water 🍋
2️⃣ 32 oz fresh-juiced celery
3️⃣ Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie 🫐
4️⃣ Apple (optional 🍎)
5️⃣ Liver Rescue Smoothie
6️⃣ Apple (optional 🍎)
7️⃣ Kale Salad
8️⃣ Apple (optional 🍎)
9️⃣ Lemon Balm tea with half a lemon 🍋

By Day 3, the body is starting to dig deeper. Detox symptoms can pop up, but it’s all part of the healing. I remind myself: this is temporary, and what’s on the other side is so worth it!!!

Grocery haul for number 1 of the 369 Advanced Cleanse! 🙌🏽😄 I’m so ready for this journey and the deep healing that comes with it!!

I always aim to buy organic, but I know it’s not always possible—it can add up quickly, or sometimes it’s just not available. Just do your best! A helpful tool is the Dirty Dozen & Clean 15 guide, which can help you prioritize what is better to buy organic.

This haul cost me $140, but the rest of my grocery trips this week shouldn’t be as much. And honestly? It’s 1000% worth it. It’s easy to drop over $100 on one meal out, but investing in your health is priceless!!!
