Sleep!!! Are you getting enough?

Did you know that sleep effects your immune system?

During sleep, your body produces cytokines, which are proteins that help fight infection and inflammation.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝘁𝗼𝗺 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲? Not getting enough sleep will weaken your body's immune response, making you more susceptible to illness.

Here are 3 tips for better sleep:

✅ Go to bed and wake up at the same time. This will help regulate your body's internal clock and can improve your sleep quality.

✅ Routine - Develop a relaxing pre-sleep routine to signal to your body that it's time to wind down. Things like reading a book and taking a bath can help you relax.

✅ Put your devices down! The blue light on your devices can interfere with your sleep. Limit exposure to screens at least an hour before bed.

Hey friends! I've got a 𝗵𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗽 for you today: 𝗮𝘃𝗼𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗹𝗶𝗰𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲𝘁.

Quarantine Question for you all:

WE CAN'T CONTROL the WIND friends...but we GET to CHOOSE the set of our SAILS! 🌬

How AWESOME would it be if we come through this trying and uncertain time as even STRONGER Men, Husbands, Fathers, Mothers, Sisters, Brothers ?!?

Now, I admit, I spent about a day and a half getting distracted by the news, which only got me down.
I had to DECIDE to get myself focused on the opportunities and blessings that I have in my life at this time, instead of fretting about the unknown. So we get to CHOOSE how we'll respond.

Ask yourself:

Will your MARRIAGE be stronger and more intimate...or strained and broken?💑 (fighting or communicating with kindness and understanding? my rights vs sacrifice? Same team or competing?) YOU GET TO CHOOSE!

Will you use this time to grow CLOSER TO YOUR CHILDREN or will they be walking on egg shells around you? 🥚👨‍👦 (demanding and yelling when they act like children or listening, guiding, teaching and caring? YOU GET TO CHOOSE!

Are you going to be HEALTHIER at the end of it...or fatter and sicker? 🤢 (excercise? plan healthy meals? or snack and overeat while binging on tv all day?) YOU GET TO CHOOSE!
