Dermacare Trademark for sale.

I am selling the Dermacare Trademark. It is registered with the US PTO in class 044, and applies to all “medical skin care clinics“. It can be used to license clinics, franchise clinics, start a new company, etc. It is the best trade name in the industry.

First registered in 2004, anyone using the Mark thereafter must have written permission. Millions of dollars have been invested into this Mark, across the country in major and minor metropolitan areas. It can be registered with the “Madrid compact”, which covers 44 foreign countries. It can come with the franchise offering circular and franchise agreement, as well as a detailed clinic, medical and management training.

Minimum offer $50,000.
