Looking for a healthier alternative to your favorite cold-weather beverage? You'll want to curl up with a giant mug of this maple sea salt hot chocolate, leave the guilt behind! ☕

- 2 cups your preferred milk (this recipe uses unsweetened almond)
- 1-oz. dark chocolate
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tsp maple syrup (or more, to taste)
- pinch of coarse sea salt

Place almond milk into a small saucepan and heat over medium/high heat. Once warm, add dark chocolate, cocoa powder, maple syrup, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix until the cocoa powder is dissolved and combined.
Continue heating and whisking hot chocolate over medium/high heat until just before boiling (careful not to burn the milk). 🍫

Once the dark chocolate has fully melted and the hot chocolate is hot, serve with your favorite topping and enjoy! 🤗

Teaching can be incredibly rewarding, but it’s also one of the most stressful professions. 😔 Many teachers experience burnout, which can show up as feelings of dread, anxiety, and exhaustion that seem to creep into your personal life. It's more than just stress—it’s a deep, chronic condition that affects your physical and mental well-being.

Some signs that burnout may be setting in include:

Persistent fatigue 😴
Feeling down or depressed 😞
