About PABR
The PABR method is a holistic approach to restoring the body to its full potential by using the body’s own nervous system. It is a step-by-step process to change the way the body feels and moves. Breathing and body awareness techniques are taught and customized to you to help you achieve what’s missing in your life. If you want to return to a specific activity, movement or sport, then your treatment will be tailored towards those goals. We take the time to get to know you in one-on-one treatment sessions with only you and your therapist developing your plan to address your limitations and your goals.
