Our office will be closed for our yearly holiday break the last week of December and first week of the New Year - Please plan ahead & check your medication bottles to ensure if any prescriptions will be running out in the next few weeks, & they say zero remaining refills, to please contact your pharmacy and request they fax our office a Rx renewal request to get you through the holidays.

If you are due for your 6 month follow up or yearly labs, we will contact you upon refilling the Rx to schedule that.
