Jennifer Wilson serves as a Clinical Case Manager and is emerging as one of Rising Phoenix’s most grounded and intuitive up-and-coming primary therapists. Her passion for mental health and substance use treatment is deeply personal — born from her own journey of healing and transformation. Jennifer has discovered that the solution often lies in human connection and the power of somatic experiences. For her, being a source of light for those in the darkness brings a sense of wholeness and purpose that fuels her work every day.
Her therapeutic approach is calm, connective, and deeply real — a blend of intuition, presence, and compassion. Jennifer’s ability to understand and honor the complexity of the human experience makes her work not only healing but profoundly transformative. She also facilitates a weekly sound bowl healing group, offering clients a space to ground, release, and reconnect through sound and somatic awareness. This practice allows clients to tap into parts of themselves that words cannot always reach, deepening emotional regulation and embodied healing.
Jennifer thrives on collaboration, learning from the diverse insights of her clinical team while developing her unique therapist identity. Through sound and somatic healing, she helps clients uncover parts of themselves that have long been hidden, creating moments of authentic connection and self-discovery.
Outside of her role at Rising Phoenix, Jennifer is an active member of a community focused on wholeness, wellness, and spiritual awakening through recovery. She continues to rewrite her story through yoga, sound healing, and service to others — practices that align her personal growth with her professional mission.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys yoga, sound healing, attending self-help workshops, connecting with friends, and contributing to the recovery community. Her life reflects balance — between being and becoming, service and self.
Her guiding belief reminds us all:
“I can accomplish anything as long as I believe in myself — because healing begins the moment we trust our own light.”
