Haven’t received the product yet so to early to know because of specific options added but from the model but the one he sat in on site store site he seemed to be very pleased with the 5 zones of comfort. Since his chair has to be built from the manufacturer and could take up to. 6-8 weeks for delivery, they worked with us in getting a loaner.." says Forrest
