"I do not want surgery. I cannot afford the downtime." — Delanie Walker, 14-Year NFL Pro 🏈

Sound familiar? Whether you're a pro athlete or just someone who refuses to sit on the sidelines of life — this one's for you.

Delanie came to R3 with shoulder pain. But this isn't his first rodeo. Seven years ago, his knees were so swollen they looked like balloons. One stem cell treatment later? He was back on the field, playing at full speed. No swelling. No surgery. No excuses.

Now he's back for his shoulders. Because when something works — you come back.

R3 Stem Cell research update 📄

Could the nose-to-brain route play a role in future regenerative medicine research?

A new paper published in Frontiers in Aging Neuroscience reviews human clinical trials on intranasal administration of stem cells and their derivatives for neurological and respiratory disorders.

The review includes research involving adult and perinatal stroke, cerebral palsy, ALS, Parkinson’s disease, dementia, refractory focal epilepsy, asthma, and ARDS.

While more clinical evidence is still needed, this review adds to the growing conversation around non-invasive delivery routes in regenerative medicine research.

Congratulations to Dr. Umme Habiba, Roshini, Sabiha, Aishwarya, Ammar, and Iqra for their work on this publication.

For Mike Ely, the answer starts with discipline, years of experience, and learning how to support the body through the demands of training.

In this interview, Mike talks about his bodybuilding journey, the wear and tear that came with competing, and why he explored regenerative therapy after knee and back issues started affecting his future in the sport.

Now, as a two-time world champion, his story is a reminder that performance is not only about pushing harder.

It is also about recovery, longevity, and knowing when to seek support.
