Celebrating the 5 year anniversary of my Lasik surgery, and just as happy as day 1! Thanks to the Scottsdale team who made a huge difference in my life! š
I want to thank Dr. Perry and his whole team for making me feel comfortable throughout the ENTIRE process. I got monovision lasik surgery done at 8am yesterday, and this morning I barely have any indication whatsoever that I've had it done... well, besides the fact that that I can see without contacts or glasses right now!!!!! I am truly grateful. And just a side note that made me feel special and not even think about the money... he called my BEFORE and AFTER my surgery to check on me and see if I had any concerns and/or questions; which I thought was top notch!!!!
Iām crying today, not because I am sad though, because I am the happiest I have been in a very long time. I woke up this morning to play a little video games like I normally do while sitting on the edge of my bed (with contacts in I might add). But today was different. Today I sat up and turned my tv on and I burst into tears. I can see!! I can every detail and read every word. Friday was my lasik plus surgery and today is Sunday. I now have better than perfect vision and I couldnāt be happier with the results. The staff in the Chandler and Scottsdale offices are extremely friendly and walked me through the process seemlessly even though I got nervous and had a mini panic attack. They helped me overcome my fears and get the perfect vision Iāve always dreamt of. I couldnāt thank them enough!

I called in to make a consultation appointment and to verify that you all took our insurance. The lady that made the appointment would not directly verify but when I told her I wanted to know for sure before I wasted our time and yours she told me that if it didn't then it would out of network. When my husband came in he had these papers (the ones attached to this email) to verify that the insurance would cover. He was told that the insurance is really good and that you all have dealt with a lot of other PayPal (my employer) employees. He said it was the lady that took him back to get his eyes dilated. She even wrote on the top of the page referring to the $1000 coverage. She said then he can either pay it towards the care credit or not He was advised that after the bill was paid to contact the insurance and submit an out of network claim. . Which I did only to find out that they do not partner with you and will not pay the $1000. If it was only a lil bit of money I would not be worried about it but this is a lot of money. If we had know this we would have went somewhere else. I feel that we were given false info just to get our business. I feel that since this info was given incorrectly LasikPlus should be giving us this $1000 back.
Watch out for them they lie to you just to get your business and then won't make it right. The office manager Nancy is useless.

Absolutely love my 20/15 vision! Everyone was super professional and kind. I was nervous but they answered all my questions to help me feel confident and comfortable. Definitely recommend!
Honest Review: Everyone is awesome. I can go on and on, but to save everyone else time, just go here if you're thinking of Lasik... Or if you just need a "pick me up". THAT'S how nice and friendly the staff is.
Dr Perry and his staff are AMAZING! The procedure was really fast and the glass wall where you can watch, Ive never seen such a thing!

Wow how missed up. came back for a test (because they didnt tell me my contacts have to be out for 24 hours) took off of work early to do it the next day. appointment was at 12:30 got there at 12:15 sign the appointment paper cuz nobody was at the desk wait until almost 1 still hadn't been seen ask the girls at the desk and they're like oh soon we haven't even checked you in as they grabbed the paper to look at it..

When she came back she said I could go to the doctor had to review my chart luckily Chelsea got me and said hold on let me have the doctor look at it right now. Wow you guys really don't care about people waiting it feels like. I'm glad I just wasted 3 hours for pretty much nothing.

We had individually-wrapped coloring books and sunglasses, so some of our Phoenix team visited Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central and Northern Arizona to donate them for the kids. Each one is wrapped in plastic and easy to sterilize. We hope it helped brighten everyone's day!
