Hepatitis A is a vaccine preventable illness. The Hepatitis A virus is spread through contaminated food, water, or contact with someone who is infected. However, two doses of the vaccine over the course of 6 months will give you lifetime protection! Before traveling to Hepatitis A endemic countries, make sure you are up to date with your vaccines.

Carnival is celebrated in over 50 countries but one of the most popular Carnival festivals is held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Starting today, Canada is expanding options for COVID-19 testing to enter the country. You now can travel with a professionally administered antigen test taken no more than a full calendar day before your flight. A PCR test within 72 hours is also still valid.
