Here are some essential tips to get started:
1. Set your goals. Be clear and specific about what you want to achieve. Whether is to lose weight, build muscle, increase energy or just feel better overall, be clear.
2. Find activities you like.
3. Start slow and build up.
4. Be consistent. Create a routine.
5. Find support - whether it is a fitness buddy, an online community or a PERSONAL TRAINER, having support especially when you get start is a huge difference.

What is YOUR motivation?
Ask yourself what would drive you to get started.
Finding your WHY is the first step towards transformation, change and success!

Psychologists define motivation as the desire to initiate and maintain a particular behavior. In another words, motivation is the reason why you do something, the energy that drives you to behave in a certain way. Motivation is your WHY....
Motivational forces can be extrinsic and intrinsic.

Extrinsic motivation is driven by external rewards such as money, avoiding a punishment, meeting a deadline, or praise from others. Intrinsic motivation comes from within and is driven by personal satisfaction, enjoyment, and a sense of accomplishment, such as pursuing a hobby, performing tasks that make you feel good about it.

While extrinsic motivation can be effective in the short term, relying solely on external rewards can lead to a lack of motivation when the rewards are no longer present. Intrinsic motivation is a more sustainable and fulfilling form of motivation driven by personal values and goals.
