Congrats to our newest Fit Model Overall CHAMP Alexandra 🏆🎰❤️‍🔥

Alex began her journey with BA as a lifestyle client wanting to dial into a consistent routine, get more comfortable with a set split with resistance training, and establish a lifestyle that she could sustain!

After moving through a few phases together, her goals shifted toward getting on stage for the first time, where her and Meg decided Fit Model would be a great division for her to step into 💪

Alex hit 2 shows for her FM debut in her first ever bodybuilding season- she competed in her first show in February taking 2nd, 3rd,and 4th place in her classes as an INCREDIBLE first show.

They received feedback from the Judges and got to work implementing those shifts, then came back to stage this past weekend at the Jay Cutler Desert Classic - taking the title of Fit Model Overall!!

Alex has so much potential in this sport and she and Coach Meg already have a solid game plan in place moving forward! Keep your eyes peeled for this one 👀

Always aiming to transform your physique, but most importantly your mindset ❤️‍🔥

Grady and Coach started this prep in October, and ended in January. Within that time, they dropped 40 lbs which ended at 150lbs! 😮‍💨

Not only have they transformed physically, but also have made amazing mental improvements as well!

Grady shared a bit about his mindset shift:
“It has changed my mental perspective and shown me that “maybe I don’t know everything”. 4 years ago, I weighed 308lbs. Mentally, I always thought that you need to eat less to lose weight, and starving yourselt is the best way to do that. Shane and BA have shown me that you don’t need to punish your mind and body to achieve whatever goals you have set for yourself. When Shane said you could lose weight by eating more, I was extremely hesitant, but within a week, I had lost 5lbs. I was genuinely shocked. Now I’m applying that same mindset in my personal life, trying to understand why my problems happen instead of trying to attack them head on.”

Absolutely love to see this growth– way to go, team! Can’t wait to see all that is ahead for this duo 👏

Consistency and work ethic = the bodybuilding 🔑 to success

Syd is just shy of a month of her 2 year anniversary working with Coach (left 127lbs —> right 117 lbs) ❤️‍🔥

She’s currently doing 0 cardio, only steps, eating 2500 calories (500 cals more than she started with), with 2 free meals per week!

This is the result of working with a coach for a long period of time, and truly trusting them (and the process) to achieve a developed physique.

Amazing work, fam! So proud of these improvements made and the success you’ve had so far! Keep an eye out for more achievements from this dynamic duo 🤝✨

I’m not a regular coach, I’m a cool coach (and a qualified one too) 💅😗

Somewhere along the way the internet decided that
• bloodwork doesn’t matter�• influencers with zero education are suddenly nutrition experts�• and somehow… seed oils are the villain of the century??

The nutrition and fitness coaching space has gotten filled with misinformation lately, and athletes deserve way better than fear-based and honestly ~uneducated~ advice.

At the end of the day we want you to get stronger, healthier, and to better understand your bodies fam 🫶

This is where the magic happens 🌟

There is so much fear mongering around the reverse dieting part of a prep phase when in reality, it is such a fun and powerful part of the process with the right guidance! This is where you hit the ground running for the physique you are bringing the next time you step on stage.

In June 2025, Coach Meg and Taylor wrapped up their second season together, got great feedback from getting on a national stage, and immediately jumped into a productive improvement season.

Some things they have been focusing on to continue to build that bikini shape: strategically adjusting intakes to support a productive rate of gain (110lbs to 125 lbs), paying close attention to physiological markers, emphasis on recovery tactics, training specificity and pulling in - prioritizing balance within her routine to make this phase realistic to maintain!

One thing they aren’t doing in this offseason? Rushing the process. Taylor is 37 weeks post show right now and plans are, you guessed it, to keep growing! Being realistic about this division and just how much it is growing each year Meg and Taylor had conversations about when it makes the most sense to get back up on stage and they both agreed on the fact that we are coming back with a substantially different physique - and so the improvement season continues.

Keep your eye out, because Taylor is coming back to make some noise when the time is right 😏

We love a mother-daughter power duo 💪👯‍♀️

Jordan and Jennifer Siefert have been working with Coach and each have made some incredible improvements!🌟

Jordan prepped for her first ever bikini competition at 19, bringing a killer look to the stage and dropping 31 lbs! She ended up placing top 3 in all of her classes:

2nd in junior
2nd in true novice
2nd in novice
3rd in open

Through watching her daughter’s progress during her bikini prep, Jennifer also began coaching with Shane! She saw her 25 pound fat loss progress in around 20 weeks, which is so impressive! She did so while eating more food than she ever has in her life, improving her relationship with food in the process 🫶

We are so proud of all of the growth these two have made! Can’t wait to see all they continue to accomplish together ❤️‍🔥

Perseverance in the face of adversity 🥹👏

Kimberly has been working with Coach for over a year now, and has been nothing short inspiring!

She has made massive progress while navigating Lyme disease, flare-ups, and plenty of unexpected setbacks — but she never stopped choosing herself.

She’s learned how to fuel her body, track macros, and build a lifestyle that supports her goals. Becca shared, “Watching her grow has been such an honor. 🤍”

You can accomplish more than you think when you put your mind to it 🔥

In only 10 weeks of working together, Donny and Coach were able to accomplish SO much through a reverse diet!

From November to January, they were able to drop 17 lbs total, and it just keeps getting better!👏

Their goal was to recomp Donny’s physique, create consistency with his nutrition, and form a tailored training plan before starting his first competition prep as a men’s physique athlete!

We cannot wait to see him make his debut and root him on! Stay tuned for this growth fam 😏
