October Is The Integration From Eclipse Season

The illusions of frenetic challenge or endings of what was are creating the necessary catalysts for your evolution. A fresh new form is revealed of yourself that you are meeting for the first time for your next journey ahead. September deconstructed anything that has been out of balance. October begins the rebuild.

One of the symbolisms connected to this year of death and rebirth is like a snake shedding skin.

As we release old parts of the self through the catalysts of pressure, like the underbelly of a snake using the friction of the slithering of its body along the earth to begin to molt their skin.

We may have found truths came to light within our hearts, within our deepest connections, within many areas of life, setting a tone for what is craving balance and restoration.

As we pass through these upcoming weeks, it feels like that shedding skin will finally slough off, releasing a dead weight but also exposing a fresh new form, which can be raw and tender but also needed.

This feels like the journey we will be on these next several weeks, reminding ourselves that there is purpose to the underworld of deep transformation. The beautiful darkness of the night sky holds the power to give light to the stars above us, there is purpose in the void to reveal the light.

As we come out the other side a more integrated, renewed and evolved form that is free of the dead weight that has kept us tethered in the old.

Trust where you’re being led and what is shown to you. Tune into your heart/your emotions will tell you the truth.

May you be willing to be misunderstood as you make changes that better serve your soul.

How Do You Respond in Moments of Crisis?

In these accelerated times, these moments can occur. The way we respond in moments of challenges reveals where our inner foundation truly lies.

Crisis can contract us—or awaken deeper wisdom. I’ve known this state often over the years, as I’m sure many of us have.
Sharing tools here to help steady during trying times.

Microtools are helpful so they don’t further overwhelm an already taxed nervous system. This reminds us to lean into flexibility even as our bodies respond to various stages of hyper vigilance.

Tips for Navigating Crisis:

• Pause. Breathe deep into your body. Slow everything down.
• Ask yourself: What part of me is activated?
• Drop into your heart, not just your head.
• Let go of needing to “fix” and listen for what’s true.
• Call in support—seen or unseen.
• Trust your inner knowing, even if the path isn’t clear. Turning to the bare necessities, making sure you are fed and have water, so you can think more clearly in this state.

Being flexible doesn’t mean being passive—it means staying rooted while allowing movement. 🌿

Standing in the Spaces of Flux

There are times when the old is on its way out, you know you’re done with something, someone, a way of being, a habit, a lifestyle or location but its release almost feels like it’s moving in slow motion and the new feels like a dawn you can sense but you don’t quite know its colors just yet. And that can be frustrating on the mind and patience, to keep trusting in the face of seeming unknowns.

However, remember you are so unbelievably guided every step of the way, keep trusting that what you hold in your heart for your path will always meet you. The universe knows this and sees everything you’ve been through and all of your desires. You are being led. So in these bridge moments of transition, you may feel lost, but things can slow down in order to catch up to process what you’ve been through while preparing you for what’s next.

You could find your Core Star chakra also known as the Solar Plexus is going through a realignment at this time, or digestion is unsettled. Our Solar Plexus determines the amount of light that exists in the rest of our energy field. It’s part of the seat of our power and our self worth and personal power have undergone immense shifts since October 2024.

Remind yourself at this time that even in a state of uncomfortable limbo, trust perfect timing is unfolding, and the more you flow through the shifts, the more you can look back and see how deeply you are guided and held through each transition. It’s all divinely orchestrated. So if you’re feeling lost, remember you are on a bridge to the next path, trust you’ll have everything you need in the now and also when you land on the new shore.
