We are in the tunnel between the old and the new that is when you can feel the most tested. The birth canal can feel pressurized as the old slips away and the light of a new reality has yet to pierce through, although it will be new and different, it is the ultimate direction. In this shedding and opening, there can feel no time to prepare for this transition, but change brings you into growth, new experiences and a release. Trust the birth, it’s leading you where you are meant to be.

Honor the Ashes
Bow to the old you that had to pass through the fires to be shed and eventually transformed. Maybe something is continuing to or will be put to rest in order to rebirth.

Who you were or what you have moved through were stepping stones needed to mark the stairwell of your path. Be free of judgement of your old self,it was needed to shape the now.

If something has yet to shift that is part of your old self or path, give it time. Your heart needs space to process. If something is leaving or you’ve moved through loss, honor your emotions and grief journey.

See this time as a bridge between an old way and the new. The liminal space to process what is leaving before the next steps. As you revitalize and adjust to who you are now, trust the releases and that the next steps will soon be revealed.

The Glorification of Releasing What No Longer Serves

There are times in our life when it’s important to shed what no longer fits or resonates with you in order to create space for the new.

But it is rarely talked about the power of alchemizing what you have in order to evolve it into a new form, without walking away from it.

As a society we can glorify the grass is greener on the other side, and we also operate from a place of novelty and constant forward movement. The deeper work can lie in alchemizing where you are presently, without walking away from something.

It’s important to address that there is a Soul component with this. If your Soul has made a contract with someone or something in order to grow and evolve with it over a long period of time, evolution is needed to take place because your souls have already agreed to this growth.

If a Soul contract is complete then there is a natural disillusion of the connection, the situation or even a location that you are in. Your soul is always overseeing the entire interconnection of everything that you are moving through.

I wanted to bring light to a topic that is rarely discussed, and that is the alchemizing of something while you are still in the container of it. This could look like changing your role within a certain job or a line of work, or making compromises in a relationship as both of you change, work on yourselves and transform, or moving to a new home in the same town or maybe renovating your home.

If you find yourself at a crossroads, connect with your higher self, your soul’s wisdom and ask, is there still growth and evolution to be had here? Take time to listen.

There can be a lot of ancestral healing taking place currently in our genetic layer.

This has been a theme for many in sessions lately and I’m noticing it in my own experiences. That always points to a collective pattern and releasing occurring.

We can hold many of our deeply embedded patterns within our ancestral line from either side of our lineage.

Our genetic layer of our energy field connects us to our ancestors. We can hold their beliefs here, blocks, ideas about the self, abundance, trauma, health, etc.

If a pattern or belief or block doesn’t seem to be shifting at all for someone, oftentimes the genetic layer influences will show up.

It’s pretty wild when this emerges because oftentimes I’ll see, feel and get hints and visions of each soul in that person’s generational line that we are working with in the pattern.

When this occurs, whatever emerges is you helping to shape the ancestral line for your entire family and the generations to follow. You could be a cycle breaker for the issue arising, healing the wounds of your family’s past.

Some themes surfacing for some have been healing abundance in their lineage related to insecurities.
Healing trauma, lack of love, abandonment that shaped self worth for generations.
Healing these ancestral traumas and managing dynamics through the generations.
Having to be the parent very young for a parent.

You may have recently had a lot of memories surface about family. Take note of what emerged these last few weeks related to family, it can point to what is being reshaped in your lineage.

Setting Healthy Boundaries In Relationships Can Be Coming Up as a Theme Right Now

I’ve been noticing it in my own life and as a theme with clients. It seems to be tugging on the very core themes that we’ve all been working through in our personal lives over these last few years.

It’s almost like a universal test nudging us and triggering us to see how much we’ve grown, how much we’ve evolved from the initial challenge. Asking us how will you confront this now, now that you’ve changed?

You may find healthier boundary setting is somehow more natural and easier. Even if it’s still uncomfortable in some way, you may find that all the growth you’ve done with these personal challenges has benefited you with a perspective shift.

We head into several weeks now of Mercury Retrograde.

Retrogrades remind us that words carry energy—speak with care, presence, and integrity.

What’s unsaid, unhealed, or unseen beneath your words? This is a time for inner dialogue, not just outer discussion. Realign what you give and what you receive.

This is a time that invites us to slow down, rethink our beliefs, and speak from a truer place. The mind reviews, the heart reveals.

If you find yourself triggered by the same issue in a relationship, especially around power, control and needs, see if you are now approaching it in a new way. If you’re still finding an intense aversion to set the boundary or disregarding your needs, there may be some more corners to look at within yourself around it.

But that’s okay, it’s a mirror to bring you balance in yourself. Ultimately setting this framework in your most personal relationships, is the most powerful form of self respect and value.

It’s always this time of year that feels surreal, a reflection on our year and an anticipation of the new while we navigate the swirl of the holidays. It can feel like a lot.

And, we are in the thick of a deeply potent shedding and rebirth season. October flew by but the lessons and many raw truths were many as we navigated the integrations from the eclipse season. So many truths, so much sensitivity and revelations.

🔸I dive into in this month’s energy update, the process of rebirthing we are presently in and the timing of our own snake shedding its skin process in our lives.

🔸November is packed with much, it’s equally transformative, if not more. The physical changes from the deeper work we’ve been doing will start to emerge as we continue to shed the old.

🔸Whatever themes you’ve been moving through since May that have increased this past month, these are the lessons that are being transformed for you now.

💫Remember to take it slow, this month can easily lead to burnout, so take mindful pauses, remind yourself you don’t have to be perfect, especially with all the holiday expectations. If you’re moving through much, start where you are and let that be enough. Set boundaries for yourself so you can listen to what your heart is speaking to you within it all.

Today brings to the surface a culmination of a cycle related to your abundance and self worth. This second Super Moon of the year highlights a new creation cycle related to these themes.

This is the second Super Full Moon this year in a series of three, this continues with the themes of this 9 year of death and rebirth. A shedding and birthing are meeting simultaneously.

This is also a good time to slow down, listen to what your body needs and the language of your nervous system at this time. Let it teach you what brings you safety but also pleasure.

If you feel extra sensitive during this passage, tenderness can arise with the moon closest to the earth on the 5th and 6th.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬?

This year has brought up many different limiting patterns within us to look at and ultimately overcome.

🔸Core patterns are energy influences found in our energy field and play a key role in our behavior, our triggers, our responses to others and even what we experience in our lives. It truly shapes so much because it lies at the root of our behavior and operating system. It is the foundation and how we behave.

🔸What are they?
Core patterns are energies that have originated earlier on in life, often in childhood, shaping our entire way of thinking and operating. They usually are found in the various chakra points and the themes related to that chakra shape the pattern.

🔸These patterns are like the root of a plant, it becomes so imbedded in the soil of our ways, we don’t even realize it’s something that has shaped many areas of our life as patterns.

🔸Often core patterns can originate from trauma, as we can create coping strategies to handle trauma and self protect. We can even locate the exact age the pattern anchored in to connect it to a time in your life and what was taking place.

🔸Here are a couple examples of a core pattern:
Found in the Solar plexus chakra “I feel powerless around dominating personalities and shrink my power because they are louder than I am”
A core pattern from the shoulders “I feel limited by this situation, but I’ll just put up with it, because that’s what I’m supposed to do.”
Found in the heart chakra, “I’m not worthy of love because many people left me throughout my life and things never worked out. “

🔸There are so many types of patterns, unique to each person. Shifting these patterns shifts the foundations of our operating system. It helps bring ease and a repatterning for any triggers you may hold around those themes to reshape your operating system and life in a more beneficial way.
