Most autoimmune protocols FAIL because they are supplement based, consuming piles of supplements and avoiding some inflammatory foods. Supplement are designed to do just that SUPPLEMENT a healthy eating protocol. They can’t do it all themselves. They also can’t touch the power of a truly healthy eating protocol. That’s why I created the 7 Day Autoimmune Gut Reset. Flood your body with the most anti inflammatory foods on the planet 💪 Link is in my bio .benjaminbenulis

Recently hit 15 years on a fully plant-based diet, vast majority of my calories during that time have come from fresh fruits and vegetables, smoothies, and salads.

In that time I’ve seen a lot of trends come and go: First it was Paleo then it was Primal then it was Keto then it was Carnivore. Now all the carnivore influencers seem to be bonking out and adding of all things FRUIT to their diet to recover their health. Yet here I am 15 years in still eating HIGH FRUIT with vibrant health.

The past year has just been dad workouts in the backyard with some kettle bells on a pull-up bar and yet still got abs and plenty of definition. 44 years old 15 years vegan still waiting for that protein deficiency to kick in. When was that supposed to hit?? LOL.

All my original disease symptoms when I started: chronic pain, chronic fatigue, skin issues and digestive issues are STILL GONE. So I’m happy to report that 15 years in I’m still doing what works great. 💪

So Trump Rx is here. Will cheaper drugs save healthcare? Americans will be a little less ripped off I suppose. But buying drugs that suppress symptoms instead of treating root causes will always be a rip off. Where is the website that allows me to get cheaper prices on fruits and vegetables, you know, the stuff that actually REVERSES chronic disease? Hopefully one day! Until then if you think cheaper drugs will improve overall health outcomes for Americans I’ve got a bridge to sell you in Brooklynn.

First foraging haul of 2026! Pink grapefruit and minneola tangelos 🍊🍊🍊

I often get asked how long it takes me to go through it all. I typically drink a half gallon of fresh citrus juice every morning when it’s in season. Between this and what my family eats this will last me 2-3 weeks 👌

New Solo Episode: Why Chronic Disease Is So Profitable

The American healthcare system isn’t broken.
It’s working exactly as designed.
The most profitable patient isn’t a healthy one.
It’s someone who is chronically ill… but still alive.

More diagnoses → more drugs
More drugs → more side effects
More side effects → more diagnoses
And the cycle continues.

This doesn’t mean doctors and nurses are bad people.
Most are incredibly well-intentioned.
But when everyone plays a small role inside a massive system, the harm gets externalized — and no one sees the full picture.

In this solo episode, I break down:
• how hospitals, pharma, and insurance profit from disease
• why true healing is a threat to the system
• how ordinary people can opt out
• and why lifestyle-based health is the ultimate disruption

If enough people stop participating, the system doesn’t get “fixed”…
It collapses from lack of customers.

One of the main studies published in 2012 that has propped up the “GMOs are safe” narrative has finally been retracted.

Looks like the bad guys are getting hit from all sides lately.

What a wild ride watching the dominoes slowly fall

“Unequivocally, the Editor-in-Chief found no evidence of fraud or intentional misrepresentation of the data. However, there is a legitimate cause for concern regarding both the number of animals in each study group and the particular strain selected. The low number of animals had been identified as a cause for concern during the initial review process, but the peer review decision ultimately weighed that the work still had merit despite this limitation. A more in-depth look at the raw data revealed that no definitive conclusions can be reached with this small sample size regarding the role of either NK603 or glyphosate in regards to overall mortality or tumor incidence. Given the known high incidence of tumors in the Sprague–Dawley rat, normal variability cannot be excluded as the cause of the higher mortality and incidence observed in the treated groups.
Ultimately, the results presented (while not incorrect) are inconclusive, and therefore do not reach the threshold of publication for Food and Chemical Toxicology. The peer review process is not perfect, but it does work. The journal is committed to getting the peer-review process right, and at times, expediency might be sacrificed for being as thorough as possible. The time-consuming nature is, at times, required in fairness to both the authors and readers. Likewise, the Letters to the Editor, both pro and con, serve as a post-publication peer-review. The back and forth between the readers and the author has a useful and valuable place in our scientific dialog.”
