I've grown...

From blaming everyone else to taking responsibility for my own story,

from looking outside for the missing parts of me to finding answers within my whole self,

from playing the fragile voiceless girl to becoming a strong roaring woman,

from having a fear-filled scarcity mentality to living with a courageous abundant heart,

from being apologetic for the space I took up to not being sorry for holding my own,

from not being able to fight my own battles to an army of one.

My favorite grounding technique:

I will go outside take my shoes off and close my eyes....

I then Envision Roots like from a tree coming from my feet and going down into the Earth anchoring me in place.

Once I have my roots established I will Envision white light coming up through those roots and into my feet.

Once I get the white light kind of established where I can feel my feet kind of tingling I will bring that white light up to my knees.

Once I get it to my knees I will bring it all the way up to my belly button and I will hold it there momentarily pulling white light, only pulling at this point no pushing away negativity only pulling white light.

Once I get it to my navel I will then move it up into my chest or where the heart chakra is I will hold that white light there until I almost feel a humming in the center of my chest.

I will then bring that white light up to the crown of my head and hold it there for a moment until I feel almost like a buzzing in my head or ringing in my ears.

Then I will Envision that white light as a great big bubble surrounding me and I will allow it to not only pull in but push out almost as if it is a circuit.

Once I have this circuit established where I am pulling white light from me and then pushing white light back down I will Envision any Darkness or gray matter pushing all the way through my body literally body part by body part and pushing it down out of those roots and into the Earth.

When I am ready to sever that connection and I feel completely grounded and protected, I will sit down upon the Earth and I will place my hands Palms down upon the Earth for a moment.

I will thank mother Gaia for her healing energy and give myself a minute to rest before I stand up, put my shoes on and go about my day.
