When Larry Stovall began at 16 years old working after school in a local pharmacy the dream was established to be a pharmacist and one day own his own pharmacy. With the mentoring of a wonderful Pharmacist and working when out of school he graduated from Sanford University College of Pharmacy at age 22 and purchased his first pharmacy at age 23. He later received a Masters in Business Administration from Vanderbilt University. Dedicated to giving the best pharmacy services in Scottsville, the dream was on a journey.
Along the path, Stovall’s was the first independent retail pharmacy in Kentucky to computerize and one of the first in the United States. Stovall’s has now grown to three locations: two in Scottsville and one in Lafayette, TN; now employing eight pharmacists servicing the pharmaceutical, clinical and health care needs of our communities. After 50 years the Stovall Dream continues with the fast friendly service and expanding to personal clinical monitoring. ________________________________________________________________
SYNC SCRIPT
We are now offering a program within our pharmacy called SYNC Script. This service allows you to get all of your medications filled on the same day each month. Our patients love this service, because it decreases their trips to the pharmacy. Our pharmacist will call you once a month before your medications are filled to be sure there hasn’t been any changes in your medication regimen. They will also make calls to your physicians office to obtain refills and let you know when an office visit is needed. If you are interested in this service simply call us and speak with one of our pharmacists to be enrolled in the program.

IMMUNIZATIONS
At Stovall’s, we offer a variety of immunizations including flu, pneumonia (Prevnar and Pneumovax), shingles (Zostavax and Shingrix) and Hepatitis A (Havrix) with no appointment necessary. Most immunizations are covered by all major insurances including Medicare. Simply stop by and we can get you taken care of in a matter of minutes.

COMPOUNDING
Stovall’s compounds many specialty medications for individualized therapy. These medication can be made in a variety of formulations including capsules, liquids, lozenges, creams, gels, ointments and more. This practice is done to the specifications of the prescriber and is unique to each patient.

We offer free medication delivery services within the city limits. Give us a call if you are unable to come in and need your medications delivered.
