Kelsey shows up every day with heart, compassion, and purpose, creating meaningful experiences for our campers and truly living out the mission of CCK. This recognition also includes a $500 donation from Hughes & Coleman Injury Lawyers to the nonprofit of her choice, and we are honored that she chose CCK.

We are incredibly proud of our President & CEO, Darren Dannelly, for being part of the 2025 Leadership Kentucky class and for receiving the Lisa Murrell Award, an honor recognizing courage, compassion, selflessness, and inspiration.

Reflecting on his experience of gaining a richer understanding of our Commonwealth and the people who are working every day to make it stronger, Dannelly said, “Leadership Kentucky reinforced what I already believe: when we listen well, collaborate, and stay mission focused, we can create real change; especially for kids and families who need it most. I’m also leaving this journey with renewed energy for my work at The Center for Courageous Kids.”
