Level One: Copper Plan
Basic Care or House Cleaning
Price Breakdown $72 (3 hr block) additional hours $18 per hr. Duties:
Day to day duties, client is mobile, client is mobile with moderate help or Respite only (if immobile) such as in tandem with hospice. Hygiene, bathing, assistance in bathroom, meal planning, meal preparation, meal serving and clean up, dispensing medications, setting up medicine trays, and picking up from pharmacy, laundry, linen changing, shopping if client can be left unattended, help with shopping list, ordering if in-home delivery, driving to appts or functions if client is mobile (walker or wheelchair, must be able to get in the vehicle with moderate assistance, light house cleaning, organization help, and above all else, companionship, cards, dominoes, monopoly. Keeping the client engaged, and content. We also keep close contact with family. Level Two: Silver Plan
Price Breakdown $80 (3 hr block) additional hrs.$20 per hr. Duties:
(Client is not mobile, requires lift equipment, Client is late stage Dementia, Client is combative. Client needs constant supervision or may hurt themselves. )
All listed above, plus, Hair and nails assistance, moderate house cleaning, spring cleaning, light outside duties and premium organizational help, household management, scheduling appts., scheduling repairs and the like., Close contact with family and doctors. (2 clients level 1)
Wellness Visit: WELLNESS Check
$30.00 Ludington $35 Outside Ludington
1 hour visit. Administer meds, help into or out of bed, serve breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Contact family immediately if there are any problems. (Must have 1 full visit per week to qualify)
Cleaning Only: CL
3 hour minimum. $72
additional hours over 3, $18.00 per hour

*24 hour care available. Non-medical. We do not take insurance client's with the additional home health plans, can reimburse portions of care, we would be happy to fill out any daily forms your insurance may require.
