Dr. Weston Squires DC Meet the Doc:

Dr. Squires started his education at Michigan State University earning a B.S. Degree in Kinesiology.

His education at MSU provided a wealth of knowledge in exercise physiology, anatomy, biomechanics and nutrition. After MSU he continued his devotion at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. The doctorate degree at Palmer is recognized as the most prestigious in Chiropractic education. Dr. Squires received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree and is certified through the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. Fun Facts:

Dr. Squires has a passion for fitness training and has been a personal trainer for 8 years throughout his undergraduate and graduate programs. He broke the state bench press record in the junior division for Michigan in 2014. He loves to workout and show people the benefits of exercise and proper dieting. He has a side hobby of personal training individuals with his Squires-Iron programs.

4 tips for a healthier tomorrow
1. Omega 3s
- Eat more 🐟 2x/week
2. Seeds and nuts
- avoid the salted ones
3. Exercise regularly
- Lose the extra pounds
4. Increase your fiber
- find your inner 🐰
- eat leafy greens, fruits

As always stay hydrated: common recommendation I use is to drink between 60-100oz (water) minimum a day depending on your overall weight and exercise intensity.
