We’re excited to introduce Heartspace’s very first HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) class with Audrey—a powerful complement to her Yoga for Strength classes. This offering is ideal for anyone looking to build or maintain muscle, especially during menopause transitions or while using GLP-1 weight-loss medications, when strength training plays a critical role in preserving muscle mass and metabolic health.
About High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
HIIT is energizing, efficient, and fun. Short bursts of intensity paired with recovery intervals keep the class dynamic and engaging—you’re never stuck doing the same movement for long. Each interval feels like a small win, sparking adrenaline and endorphins while helping you feel strong, capable, and accomplished.
This class pairs beautifully with our Monday night strength-based yoga, creating a well-rounded approach to strength, mobility, and resilience.
