❄️ Mindfulness Meditation Free Community Practice: Sunday 2/1 , 5 PM

From last week’s snowstorm to tomorrow’s stillness… ❄️

Because of the storm, we pressed pause last week—and tomorrow we gather again for our postponed Plum Village–inspired meditation at 5:00 PM.

This meditation will follow our 4:00–4:45 PM Easy Flow Yoga class, so anyone who wishes to stay after yoga is welcome to join us for a gentle transition into stillness.

This practice comes from the Plum Village tradition founded by Thích Nhất Hạnh, where meditation is simple, human, and deeply nourishing. We sit, breathe, and come home to ourselves just as we are.

✨ What is Sangha?
Sangha means community. It’s the act of practicing together—breathing together, sitting together, and supporting one another on the path. You don’t have to say anything or be anything special. Your presence is enough.

🧘 What to expect:
– Guided sitting meditation
– Gentle awareness of breath and body
– A short video explaining Mindfulness
– No experience needed—beginners always welcome

After the noise of the storm (and the noise of life), this is an invitation to return to steadiness, warmth, and shared peace. 🌿

First HIIT Yoga Class with Audrey !

We’re excited to introduce Heartspace’s very first HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) class with Audrey—a powerful complement to her Yoga for Strength classes. This offering is ideal for anyone looking to build or maintain muscle, especially during menopause transitions or while using GLP-1 weight-loss medications, when strength training plays a critical role in preserving muscle mass and metabolic health.

About High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

HIIT is energizing, efficient, and fun. Short bursts of intensity paired with recovery intervals keep the class dynamic and engaging—you’re never stuck doing the same movement for long. Each interval feels like a small win, sparking adrenaline and endorphins while helping you feel strong, capable, and accomplished.

This class pairs beautifully with our Monday night strength-based yoga, creating a well-rounded approach to strength, mobility, and resilience.

Especially Supportive If You’re on GLP-1 or in Menopause Transition
