Many people think doulas only support vaginal births, but we’re here for you through all birth experiences, including cesarean births and VBACs. 💛

If your journey includes a C-section, here’s how I can support you:
👩‍⚕️ Before surgery-I’ll help you prepare emotionally, explain what to expect step-by-step, and hold space for your feelings.
🤝 In the OR (if permitted) – I provide grounding comfort with calming touch, affirmations, and advocacy for your wishes, like skin-to-skin or delayed cord clamping.
💞 For your partner – I guide them so they feel confident and included, not unsure on the sidelines.
🍼 After birth – I support with positioning for skin-to-skin, help with breastfeeding or bottle-feeding, and make sure you’re cared for as you recover and bond with your baby.

For VBAC mamas, I provide evidence-based info, emotional reassurance, and hands-on comfort to help you feel safe and supported every step of the way. 🌿

✨ Can anyone guess what my favorite essential oil is?

If you guessed lavender 🌿💜 … you’re absolutely right!

I always bring a diffuser with lavender essential oil to birth spaces, and it’s amazing how often the labor and delivery nurses walk in and say, “This is the best smelling room on the unit!”
