🎨 Creativity in action at the Allied Services Vocational Day Program!

Billy and Susan put their artistic talents to work creating beautiful floral artwork using real flowers and paint. Through focus, patience, and creativity, they transformed simple materials into vibrant pieces of art on canvas.

Programs like our Vocational Workshop Day Program give individuals the opportunity to explore their creativity, build skills, and take pride in their accomplishments. We’re so proud of Billy and Susan and the amazing artwork they created! 🌼🖌️

Dominic Vetrini is an outpatient pediatric client at Allied Services John P. Moses Esq. Pediatric Rehab Center in Wilkes-Barre. Erica and Justin Vetrini married in 2015. Their first son, Jason, was born in 2016 after a normal pregnancy with no issues

🎉Happy Birthday to a true living legend - Joseph "Uncle Joe" Swiontek 🇺🇸

Allied Services proudly celebrates an incredible milestone for one of our veteran residents, Joseph Swiontek, who recently turned 102 at the Allied Services Meade Street Residence. 🙌

Uncle Joe, as he prefers to be called, served our country in two branches of the United States military and during two major conflicts. At just 18 years old, he joined the U.S. Merchant Marines during World War II, helping transport vital supplies across the Atlantic. After the war, Joseph continued his service when he was drafted into the U.S. Army, where he served during the Korean War, continuing his commitment to protecting our nation and supporting fellow servicemen.

Joseph’s story is one of courage, commitment, and history in the making, and we are honored to have him as part of our Allied Services family. 🟩🟦

Please join us in wishing Uncle Joe a very happy 102nd birthday and thanking him for his extraordinary service to our country! 🎂🎖️

Allied Services Meade Street Skilled Nursing Center recently hosted a fun and flavorful Chili Cook-Off. Guests and staff purchased sampler cups featuring all chili entries and voted for their favorite.

🥇 Congratulations to Alejandro Arzola, our Golden Ladle winner! Alejandro, a Dietary Aide who has also stepped up as a cook and supervisor when needed, earned bragging rights until next year.

When asked about his secret ingredient, he shared, “It was made with love.” ❤️
