Something I’m infamous for repeating over and over is “choose your hard”. Suffering in generational trauma, addiction, interpersonal relationships that hurt you, etc … is also hard, but it lacks the promise of an improved future for yourself and the future generations of your family.
Keep moving forward! You’re worth it! 💜

This is something I’ve had in development for just about 6 months and I’d be eternally grateful if you could like, invite friends and share any content that speaks to you.
Self love is a non negotiable element of a life well lived. It is the prerequisite to healthy, balanced, reciprocal relationships. This is something I have worked on personally and support clients with on the daily for the last 5 years, and I believe it’s the work I’ve always been meant to do. Thank you for your love & support!

Continually giving toxic people a second (third, fourth, etc…) chance isn’t about closure, it’s about your relationship with yourself. By continually accepting less than you deserve in relationships you are limiting the potential of finding healthy, reciprocal relationships. Even more importantly, accepting less than you need and want in relationships also stunts the development of healthy self esteem. You deserve fulfilling relationships, but it’s up to you to hold that standard.
