We are a full service urgent care, walk in clinic. No appointments are required. We provide emergency medical care for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries as well as physicals, drug testing, vaccinations, Work Comp, motor vehicle accidents, and more.
We are a privately owned, small business with no hospital affiliations. However, we refer to the local emergency rooms if the patient care necessitates it. The inception of LSUC was to provide others with the thorough and compassionate care we expect for our own families and friends. Our doctors will be assisted by many employees, including but not limited to, full and part-time nurse practitioners, RNs, LPNs, physician assistants, X-Ray techs, and administrative staff. A sample of issues and conditions we treat and services we provide is as follows: *On-site X-Ray and lab draws and testing for in-house patients. *Acute illnesses, colds, bronchitis, flu, fever *Sprains, fractures, splinting *Lacerations, lesions, abcesses *Minor burns, rashes *Vaccinations *Physicals - DOT, school, work *Acute workplace injuries *Drug/alcohol screenings Our staff will provide follow-up communications with each patient and referrals for other doctors, specialists, or facilities if necessary. We accept most insurance plans, Medicare, credit cards, checks, and cash. We are not approved for Medicaid or any state-funded insurances.
