Our deepest sympathies are with the Stevens’s as it was our privilege to have been able to provide comfort care in Lisa’s time of need.

🙏🏻Lisa Berardelli Stevens, age 57, of Clarks Summit, PA, passed away on December 1, 2025. Born on August 27, 1968, in Scranton, PA, she was the daughter of James Berardelli and the late Shirley (Geroulo) Berardelli.

She was married to Wayne Stevens, her loving husband of 27 years. A graduate of Abington Heights High School and Beaver College (now Arcadia University), she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and dedicated her life to caring for others as a registered nurse within the Scranton area.

Lisa had a vibrant, joyful personality that you couldn’t miss whenever she walked in the room. It never took much to get her dancing, singing or laughing, and her infectious laugh and distinct giggle always made you feel like you were right where you belonged. At any given moment, you could find Lisa eating ice cream, enjoying her morning latte on the porch, antiquing, or playing games with friends and family.

Her legacy will be left in many ways, but above all, in the way she loved Jesus and loved others. She wanted to make sure everyone around her felt Christ’s love and could experience the same faith she had. There was rarely a moment not spent with a close friend or loved one. In fact, she not only enjoyed having deep conversations, but thrived off them. Lisa’s life was marked by her undeniable strength.

Lisa is survived by her children: Katie Stevens; Samuel Stevens and his wife, Grace; Ian Stevens; Reggie Stevens; and Michi Rae Stevens. She is also survived by her brothers, Mark (Sue) and Tom (Anne), sister-in-law Leeann (Eric), and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her brother Jimmy, her son Noah Jonathan, and her mother Shirley.

A celebration of Lisa’s life will be held on Saturday, December 6th at LCBC Clarks Summit, 607 N Abington Road. Visitation will begin at 12:00pm, with a service beginning at 1:00pm. Light refreshments will follow. Casual attire is encouraged, as Lisa would want friends and family to gather comfortably and warmly in her honor. No further events are planned afterward.

In lieu of Flowers, donations may be made to DonateLife of America as a way to honor the life given to her through organ donations and her career in the medical field. Arrangements are entrusted to Brian Arthur Strauch Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, LLC in Spring Brook Twp.
