🚨 BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY 🚨
(PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING)

Hey friends 🐾✨ To keep things running smooth and fair for everyone, here’s my policy for all mobile PEMF appointments:

📅 Booking
All sessions must be booked in advance and are only confirmed once scheduled. A deposit through Venmo or Zelle may be required to secure your spot. Travel fees may apply depending on location.

⏰ Cancellation / Reschedule
I totally understand life happens — but I do ask for 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. I also will not allow multiple reschedules the same week. Please respect my time.

• Less than 48 hours notice = 50% cancellation fee
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows = 100% charge

🚫 No-Shows
If I arrive and no one is available, the session is considered a no-show and will be charged in full.

⏳ Late Arrivals
Because I travel appointment to appointment, timing matters.
• 15+ minutes late may result in a shortened session or cancellation depending on the schedule.

🌦️ Weather / Safety
For horse and outdoor sessions, weather may require rescheduling. Safety always comes first — for both animals and humans.

🐴 Extra Animals / Add-ons
Please let me know ahead of time if you’re adding extra animals or clients so I can plan proper time.

💳 Payment
Payment is due at time of service unless otherwise arranged. Packages/prepaid sessions are non-refundable but may be transferable at my discretion.

Evening sessions just hit different ✨🐴

This part of the treatment focused on his upper neck, poll, and TMJ tonight—and he was so into it. Total relaxation mode, soft eyes, and just melting into the treatment.

This is why I love what I do… helping them feel their best, one session at a time 💫
