Just a reminder - the last sunset yoga class on Sea Bright beach is this Thursday from 7 to 8 pm, for all those who are interested. This Saturday is the last day for Saturday morning yoga in Sea Bright. And finally, this is the last week of the Senior Art Show at the Manalapan library - stop in and see my painting, along with many other beautiful works.

Time for Beach Yoga!

Once again this summer, I will be offering Yoga on Sea Bright Beach! Classes are Saturday mornings from 8 AM to 9 AM, beginning on July 11th through August 29th. 8 classes for $80.00, or drop in for $15.00. Bring a yoga mat or large beach towel and water.

This is a basic, gentle, relaxing class. We will meet in the Sea Bright beach parking lot. The beach entrance is River St. off of Ocean Ave.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a total unwinding, a peeling away of tension. Where there is no movement just stillness connecting to your breath while being fully supported in all of the poses with props. Restorative yoga is for everyone but especially those recovering from injuries, chronic illness, everyday stress and postpartum women. Come join us for an hour of Bliss at The Nest.
