Yoga Flow Studio is an intimate , bright and peaceful studio space for the private practice of Lorraine Aguilar, Yoga teacher, Yoga therapist and Physical therapist. Lorraine offers private and semi-private yoga sessions, meditation, yoga therapy and holistic hands on physical therapy sessions. All group classes are currently offered on zoom with personal instruction and are spiritually inspired.
