While finishing my care notes, Phoebe (my client’s very glamorous, very opinionated supervisor) decided the glass kitchen table was the ideal place to oversee operations.

Vitals: Perfect.
Boundaries: Nonexistent.
Confidence level: Private jet.

She conducted a full inspection of the documentation process… followed by a clearly stated policy requiring mandatory belly rubs before departure.
