I’m looking for an experienced esthetician. This is a new position, so I’m open-minded and willing to discuss what’s worked best for you in the past.

REQUIREMENTS (please read):
• MUST bring your own established book of clients
• MUST have experience (this is not a training position)
• Must work well with others (team energy matters)
• Must be willing to share responsibilities like cleaning and keeping the space professional yet fun (please understand this is not your typical medspa-we cuss a lot and are about as inappropriate as 14year old boys sometimes)
• Drama-free, solution-oriented, not a crybaby

COMPENSATION / SETUP:
I’m open to discussing:
• Commission-based structure
• Me purchasing products vs. you using your own
• Whatever arrangement has worked well for you in the past

This is a collaborative environment, not competition.
