Picture this:

You’re standing in the coffee isle of the grocery store about 40 min wanting to try something new… you finally choose a Jamaican coffee… Would anyone like to take a guess of where that coffee was made?(in my game show host voice). Minnesota it came from Minnesota 🤦‍♀️… Minnesota one Patricia zero 🤣… moral of the story. It’s not that serious.

This was an absolutely amazing weekend! I am so thankful for the opportunities and moments of participation in these beautiful retreats. It is amazing what God, Spirit and the universe have taught me on these events. Bringing me a higher perspective continuously. A higher elevation, in this journey of life. With this retreat, I walk away with gratitude, thankfulness and an open heart space ❤️.

When I woke from my slumber this morning, I was speaking, my spirit was speaking I said out loud “ Love yourself so much you fall in love with yourself “.

So much power and abundance and those words. Stripping ourselves from past shame or thoughts of insecurity, releasing things that do not serve us, knowing that we are perfect just as we are. there’s no need to put a façade on. There’s no need to wear multiple mask day in a day out to the people around you. Your true authentic beauty starts with being authentically you.
