An amazing friend, colleague and scholar. I miss our conversations, his stinging wit and next-level sarcasm. Most importantly, he had a heart of gold and the was epitome of a man for others.

Three years ago today, we lost Dr. Joshua Yellen, Clinical Associate Professor and founding director of HHP's Athletic Training Program. Loved by students and colleagues alike, Dr. Yellen's dedication to teaching and service left a lasting mark on our department and our students. His contributions are remembered with gratitude and they continue to shape our work today. The Joshua Yellen, Ed.D. Endowed Scholarship is expected to launch later this year in support of the next generation of Athletic Trainers.

From a previous post, not a single person mentioned buying the biggest squat rack you can find on FB Marketplace. Disappointing.
A squat rack was happening, but this came with a nice bench too.

I’d love to see tumbling and double mini trampoline included into the Olympics. Great title for this article. That’s true.

Led by Ruben Padilla, U.S. trampoline and tumbling gymnasts struck gold in at this week's world championships. However, they will not defend their titles at the 2028 Olympics. Find out why.

I wanted to share a quick recap of my trip to Portugal (team camp) and Spain (competition) with USA gymnastics for Trampoline and Tumbling World Championships 2025. What a great trip for Team USA as we brought home medals in team and individual events. Grateful for the spectacular integrated sports medicine team and how well it went.
I love serving the athletes/team and continue to learn on every trip.
