First things first - I’m not knocking injectables.

They play a big role in my business.

But tox and filler is never going to restore and rejuvenate your skin quality.

Halo is a hybrid fractional laser that’s basically the on/off button for your skin.

Controversial take?

Only if you’re taking it personally 😝

Treatments can only do so much. Your results live and die by what’s happening OUTSIDE the treatment room.

Let’s talk about what could be working against you:

🚬 You smoke. Smoking restricts blood flow and slows your skin’s ability to heal and regenerate. Moxi works by triggering your body’s repair response, but if that response is compromised so are your results.

🙅🏻‍♀️ You skipped the post care rules. Sun exposure after Moxi is a non negotiable NO. Heat, sweating, skipping your barrier repair product… all of that can disrupt the healing process and leave results on the table.

🧴 Your skin wasn’t prepped. Coming in without a ready foundation means your skin isn’t primed to respond the way it could.

🍷☀️ Your lifestyle is working against your skin. Poor sleep, high stress, alcohol intake, a diet full of inflammatory foods.. Hello girls, your skin reflects your life. Moxi works hard, but your bad decisions work harder.

Do you know who’s legally allowed to inject you in Texas? You should, because it could protect your face and your health.

Texas law classifies cosmetic injections - like Jeuveau, fillers, etc. - as the practice of medicine. That means they require real medical oversight every single time.

Not a certificate.
Not a weekend course.
A medical license.

Scope of practice is determined by your license.
Not your experience.
Not your Instagram page.
Not your training certificate.

We follow every requirement to the letter at Skin & Soul Med Spa because you deserve a provider who takes your safety as seriously as your result.

Injections have to be performed by or properly delegated to a licensed medical professional (MD, DO, APRN, PA, or RN under physician delegation). A good faith exam needs to be completed before any treatment. Your esthetician should never be doing your tox.

People diligently care for their face but totally forget their neck while it ages just as visibly (and sometimes faster 👀).

Your neck has thinner skin with less subcutaneous fat and fewer oil glands which makes the skin more vulnerable to UV damage and moisture loss. Pair that with almost constant moving and more cumulative sun exposure and you’ll see why it’s no wonder we need aesthetic treatments for the neck!

Halo works well for damage and age reversal of the neck because of its fractional technology. Within 5-7 days after treatment you’re going to see skin tightening, improved tone and texture, and reduced sun damage.
