If Buddha actually said this, the world would probably be a much calmer place. 😂
When we regulate our nervous system, we naturally become less reactive, more compassionate, and yes… less likely to be a dick.
Meditation isn’t just sitting quietly. It’s training your brain to pause before you snap, clap back, or spiral. Breathwork literally rewires your stress response. Mindfulness helps you stay in your body instead of in your triggers.

🧘♀️ Check your story bc not every thought is a fact.
🧘♀️ Drink water bc most problems shrink when you’re hydrated.
🧘♀️ Don’t send the text you drafted in rage.
🧘♀️ Respond like the regulated version of you.
🧘♀️ Choose peace over pettiness.
🧘♀️ And try not to be a dick.... especially to yourself.
