Happy Monday.

I’m happy to meet you here…

as we begin another week,
as we navigate new terrain,
as we take on the weight life places on our minds and our hearts.

May we remember:

This is the way things go from time to time.
And it rarely comes with a reason. 

So let us set our intentions. 

To seek out space
to pause and reset.

Maybe it’s a place.
Maybe it’s within.

Whatever it is,
wherever you go,
remember the breath is always with you.

The quiet inhale. 
The gentle exhale. 

A steady pillar, 
Ever present.

Always ready to begin again.

Be well.
