Very well deserved!

Today we celebrated M/Cpl Rob Wingate on receiving the Delaware Crime stoppers Beyond the Call of Duty Community Service Award! He was one of 3 winners of this award statewide, and the only winner for medium sized departments in the state! Congratulations Rob! It’s well deserved!

We're throwing a party this Thursday (Oct 9th) at 300 Virginia Ave and you're invited! Maybe this will be different than our Sweet 16 and all of our friends will come to this one... Food and events kick off at 5pm with Chambers on the grill and Windsor on the mike. Kids can ride on the power wheels and visit all the vendors. There will even be bicycles to win, sponsored by Walmart of Seaford!

This is an awesome program! So proud of our department and our community!

We wrapped up our 2025 Citizens' Police Academy tonight and celebrated the graduates. This program consists of 6 weeks of classes and hands on experiences with Seaford police officers. There will be more photos and videos to follow, but we had overwhelmingly positive feedback again and consider this one of our best community outreach programs. The ability to spend 18 hours discussing concepts and experiences with community members helps create transparency and understanding in a way that few programs can.
