We’re looking for an independent fitness instructor to join our wellness CO-OP

If you teach mat Pilates or a slow stretch fitness class and are passionate about helping others feel stronger, healthier, and more connected, we’d love to hear from you.

Our spa offers a peaceful, welcoming environment, and we’re excited to partner with someone who shares our heart for wellness and community.

This is a wonderful opportunity for an instructor looking to grow their business in a beautiful space alongside other health and wellness professionals.

📍 We’ll be moving into our brand-new location in August/September, and we’re excited to expand our offerings for the Seaford community.

This winter has been COLD and a little wild! ❄️🥶 Did you know cold weather can really impact your muscles and joints? When temps drop, blood vessels constrict which reduces circulation to your limbs. That can lead to stiffness, aches, tension, and decreased flexibility. No wonder everything feels tighter this time of year!

My heart is heavy as I try to process the horrific acts over the last week.

I pray God to cover Charlie Kirk’s family with peace and comfort. That God will meet them where they are at and shield them, protecting their hearts.

Please Lord be near the family of Iryna Zarutska, the young lady stabbed and killed on the train in Charlotte. Let them feel your presence and comfort them.

Lord protect our schools. I pray for the families of those who have been lost to sensless violence.

Father please be with our nation on this 24th anniversary of 9/11. Be with the families of those we lost. Be with our nations leaders as we continue to navigate heavy days.

Get ready for a change! I’m thrilled to announce that new hours are coming in 2026 to better serve you. You asked and I listened - beginning January 2026 I will be open additional evening hours on 2nd and 4th Wednesdays 5:00pm - 9:30pm to allow easier booking for those who need evening hours.
