So this is my dear friend Stuart. We have been close and Dearing to each other for 30 years. He is now facing a demon. Pancreatic Cancer.
I am hurting. For him. For me. He is very loved and cared for but this is a nasty road he walks. Please keep him in your thoughts. If you pray…please add him to your prayer list. He’s also a RD. And is compassionate and caring about all the clients he has touched over the years. I will walk him down his path and know that our friendship gives him strength. To those who know me. I am extremely loyal and if you are my friend you absolutely know it. He will be Forever my Friend

I specialize in working with clients with disordered eating issues and chronic dieting. Intuitive Eating and HAES (Healthy at Every Size) are part of my philosophy. However, I also provide nutritional counseling on a range of topics from sports nutrition, heart disease, diabetes, food allergies and sensitivities.

I am a firm believer in the healing power of body acceptance and self-love, and my practice is judgment free and open to everyone.
