1. Rest regulates the nervous system.
When the spine and nervous system are stressed, your body stays in “go mode.” Gentle adjustments help shift into the rest-and-digest side of the nervous system so your body can repair, recharge, and reset.
2. Rest strengthens immunity.
Adequate sleep and nervous system balance = stronger immune responses, fewer sick days, and faster recovery if illness pops up.
3. Rest supports emotional regulation.
For kids, this means fewer meltdowns.
For parents, this means more patience, more calm, and actually enjoying the season.
