We want to also thank our donors who contribute financially to our diaper bank. With the funds donated, we were able to purchase diapers and wipes from Walmart.

We continue to need diapers size 3 and up, as this is our greatest need. We have also run out of baby wash and baby shampoo. Any help will be welcomed.

Thank you all for your patience. Our internet and phones are back up and running. We continued to operate yesterday with limited services, but we were still able to provide services to our moms. Our office cell (979) 472-1087 will remain active to ensure that we can provide you with the best service regardless of external circumstances.

OUR PHONE & INTERNET SERVICE IS OUT!!!!

Please use the centers cell at (979) 472-1087 and leave a message. We will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Our service went out yesterday, and continues to be out today. Our service provider has indicated that it could be another 24 to 48 hours. We are looking at alternatives to continue to provide service to our moms. We will keep you posted. Our phones are out, but diapers are in. Check back shortly for updates.

Our Prayer Garden will have to undergo some renovation. As it turns out Boxwoods are temperamental. We are going to be removing the boxwoods and replacing them with a hardier plant, making a more beautiful and easier to maintain garden. In the interim, please bear with us.

We want to thank the Yaipak Organization for your generous donation of a pallet of formula for our moms.

We serve 65-70 mothers per week with diapers alone. Diapers, formula, and wipes are our biggest need. We received a pallet of the large cans of a2 Premium formula. This formula is similar to the Enfamil yellow cans and the Similac 360. We can now offer a can to each of our mothers who come in for the diaper bank while supplies last.

Operation Backpack
Woohoo!!!! The 2025-2026 school year is about to begin. The kiddo’s are all excited! For many parents this is the time of year where purchasing school clothes and supplies can be a financial drain as the cost continues to rise.

Each year we compile a list of our active moms who have school age children. Jennifer Heitshusen and Stacy Wills of LifeBridge Community Church led “Operation Backpack” where a church member chose a child and purchased a backpack and filled it with needed school supplies. A team at Acme Brick filled 10 backpacks as well.

Ultrasounds
We here at SPRC continue to grow and expand services based on the needs of those who frequent our facility. We have struggled with maintaining a steady ultrasound program over the years due to location and access to transportation. The communities we serve are small with some living in rural areas. Transportation and access to services will continue to be a challenge for many. This includes support from and access to medical professionals. Funds limit our ability to maintain a reliable program in this underserved community.

Thanks to the Psalm 139 Project for gifting us in 2024 a new ultrasound machine, we are a step further to saving more lives than ever. Ashly, an amazing nurse with a beautiful heart to serve, drives from Katy to Sealy to provide ultrasound services on Wednesday mornings, to our young moms. We want to thank Ashly for her generosity and kindness in sharing her God given gift!
