I don’t like to gatekeep, so here’s one of my secrets…
I bet you didn’t think you could eat a breakfast like this and still reach your fat loss goals, did you? Well, you can. How do I know? Because I did.

I consider my breakfast the most important meal of the day; therefore, I always ensure it’s satiating and has a great balance of protein, healthy carbohydrates, and healthy fats. Here’s why:

🍽 HEALTHY FATS: Fats are calorie-dense and slow to digest, providing sustained energy and helping you stay full.
