I work mainly with people suffering from PTSD and complex PTSD. I talk a lot about how the body remembers and have been experiencing that over the last few days myself as my body was gearing up for the anniversary of one of the worst days of my life. Writing is how I process and one of the ways I heal, so this post is about that day. It’s pretty personal and might be triggering if you have medical trauma or have lost someone recently. It’s also pretty overtly spiritual because I saw God so clearly last year.
