How are we feeling today??
I’m pumpkin 7 today. It’s looking like a gorgeous fall day ready for warm beverages and a sweatshirt, my favorite! I am also running on fumes because I have a sick kiddo. It’s got me a little wonky, ha. How about you?

One of the newer additions to our collective, Braden, is offering a meditation and prayer time next Friday. Braden trained under a Native American shaman for a year and has extensive experience in breathwork and healing. I’m sure it’s going to be a fantastic offering! Come experience!
