Yoga is not just some funny movements, heavy breathing & complex stretches for women or particularly flexible individuals...
Allow me to begin rewriting and re-informing from the standard misleading and diluted narrative of what yoga is/used for: a tool used for transformation at all dimensions of the human self.
What does this actually mean?

However, these physical benefits are just the tip of the yogic healing ice burg! These postures are a vehicle and introduction for much more profound internal balancing, growth & discovery.
