The absolute best way to kick off our March Spring Awakening Wednesday Nights! High energy, empowering movement, a killer workout, and we laughed the entire time. The vibes were unmatched ✨

We have some exciting news to share 🤍

This Is Yoga NJ is moving, just 6 minutes and 3 miles down the road, from our Seaside Park studio to Lavallette, into the plaza alongside Enright Chiropractic and My Sister’s Jewelry Box and across from Salted Gems.

While our address is changing, our heart is not.
The same welcoming energy. The same familiar faces. The same space to breathe, move, and grow.

If we’re being honest, this move wasn’t exactly part of the original plan. But sometimes the universe gives you a nudge... and you trust it. What first felt unexpected quickly revealed itself as aligned, supportive, and exactly where we’re meant to be next.

Seaside Park will forever be our home. This is where we built this community, where we found our rhythm, and where so many meaningful memories were made. We love and value our Seaside Park community more than we can put into words, and we are so grateful that this move keeps us close enough to stay together.

This next chapter allows us to grow in a way that feels intentional and supported, while still holding onto everything that makes This Is Yoga NJ what it is.

We can’t wait to welcome you into our new home in Lavallette 🤍
