I strive to support my clients in reaching their birthing and breastfeeding goals, while providing resources, education, and encouragement, without judgment. Services:
I provide doula services and lactation care to families in the CSRA, to include:
- prenatal education covering pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and newborn care;
- help with planning your birth, from exploring options to writing your birth plan to deciding what to pack;
- continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout labor and birth;
- postpartum follow-up;
- comprehensive lactation care throughout your baby's course of breastfeeding, from birth to toddlerhood, or as long as you choose to continue breastfeeding.
